I moved my agency’s unemployment management from another trust to TNT a few years ago.  Unlike TNT, reports from the previous trust made it difficult to know my account balance and risk exposure at any given time.  As a CFO, in charge of risk management for my agency, that did not sit well with me or my board of directors.
